Real Madrid produced a stunning Champions League comeback to sink Bayern Munich 2-1 and 4-3 on aggregate on Tuesday.
Trailing 2-1 from the first leg in Germany, Bayern took the lead in the Bernabeu through Arturo Vidal's 25th-minute strike.
However, Real hit back through a Sergio Ramos header 10 minutes later and then snatched victory in the 84th minute when substitute Marco Asensio curled home a superb effort.
Bayern were reduced to 10 men late on when Vidal was sent off for a second bookable offence.
Real will now face either Liverpool or Manchester City in the semi-finals.
