Timberwolves Coach Chris Finch Returns After Surgery

Nuggets Win Third Straight Game

The Denver Nuggets defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 106-99 on Wednesday night at Target Center. Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets with 25 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists, while Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves with 22 points.

The Nuggets improved to 43-20 with the win, while the Timberwolves fell to 31-33. The Nuggets have now won three straight games, while the Timberwolves have lost two straight.

Timberwolves coach Chris Finch returned to the sidelines after missing the team's last game due to surgery. Finch said he was feeling good and was glad to be back with the team.

"It was great to be back out there with the guys," Finch said. "I'm still a little sore, but I'm feeling good. I'm just glad we got the win."

The Nuggets were led by Jokic, who had another triple-double. Jokic is now averaging 24.7 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 10.1 assists per game this season.

"He's just a special player," Nuggets coach Michael Malone said. "He can do it all on the court. He's a great scorer, rebounder, and passer. He makes everyone around him better."

The Timberwolves were led by Edwards, who scored 22 points on 8-of-17 shooting. Edwards is now averaging 20.3 points per game this season.

"He's a great young player," Malone said. "He's got a lot of potential. He's going to be a special player in this league."
